Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, faulty, or not the item you ordered, email us right away so we can put things right.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

• Personalized or custom products (each book is made especially for you).
• Sale items.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

After we review your claim, we’ll email you to confirm whether a refund is approved. If approved, the credit will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the funds.)
